Mail house Services

Our dedicated mail house uses industry-leading mail processing machinery to support creditor mailing of any size, completed within minimal timeframes and with maximum efficiency.

Insolvency Form Processing

Link IS maintains a streamlined and automated process flow for the receipt of forms (Proxy, Proof of Debt or otherwise) for large or small Insolvency matters.

Following mailing from the Link mail house or practitioner firm, our specialised industry forms (approved for use by regulatory authorities) are sent with a barcode for creditor management. Returned forms are processed digitally and then collated in our depositary system. A suite of reports enable our clients to have a high level view of all activities and to remain in control of all matters, including online reference to the status of forms received, various reports, form viewing and setting of automatic notification alerts.

Records Maintenance

Link IS maintains practitioner records including creditor information, payment history, notifications, transactions and any other relevant information on our depositary platform. At all times, Link IS will ensure that information is maintained in strict accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Creditor Meetings and Poll Management

Our Insolvency Meeting System (ISM) is Link's custom-designed meeting system for facilitating Creditor meetings on behalf of practitioners, whether a creditor meeting, scheme meeting or member's voluntary liquidation. This market leading technology enables practitioners bring registered creditors, proxy-holders, observers and media together on a real-time system which displays relevant creditor, voting entitlement and proxy information. Link IS also gives practitioners real-time visibility of proxy voting information via votetrak, delivering reporting online, on-time and on your device.

Distribution Services to Creditors and associated Treasury Services

Leveraging Link's global distributions solution, which processes more than 60 billion dollars in distributions every year in Australia alone, Link IS is able to provide a comprehensive international distributions regime which adheres to strict AML standards. Whether your creditor distribution is ad hoc, reoccurring or across multiple creditor classes, Link IS has the capability to effectively manage complex distributions within short time frames, including the provision of replacement cheque and bank reconciliation services. At the same time, Link IS will ensure the practitioner maintains sign-off authority for all distributions.
